What can you do today? Contact both your NY State Senator and Assembly member and ask them to oppose medical legislation bills that remove parental rights. Be prepared to give the Bill number and remember to speak kindly, courteously, and from the heart of a parent.

After you have connected with your local and state representatives, please consider making individual phones calls or sending emails/letters directly to the leadership in Albany.

If you have time, please consider following up with a heartfelt letter. Personal letters are more meaningful than generic ones, but any communication is better than silence.

After you contact your Senator and Assembly member, please reach out to other key leadership in Albany, starting with Governor Cuomo, Health Committee members, and crucial positions of authority and influence.
